Problem / Goals:
SabreFlexx is a new digital solution that allows individuals to invest in high-value real estate to earn passive income. The main goal of the brand was to increase brand awareness and acquire users.
SabreFlexx wanted to position itself as the go-to solution for individuals looking to grow their wealth and diversify their financial portfolios.
The goal was to create a user-friendly landing page for prospective users of the product and to drive visitors to sign up to use the product.
The main targets were young adults and working-class professionals in Nigeria.

Project Requirements
Website Rewrite
Rewrite web copy with a more personal tone of voice that highlights the product's USP.
Research
User Survey
I surveyed to find out what users want when investing in real estate, and I found that users wanted ease and quick ROI. These two factors informed the USP I emphasized on the landing page.
Competitor Analysis
I analyzed similar pages from competitors within the same industry to identify what makes each product unique.
I found that most of these brands also emphasize quick ROI, trust, and ease of investment as their USP. However, competitors rarely used FAQs which made it easy for us to key into this marketing gap.
Keywording
I conducted keyword research using Ahrefs Keyword Generator to determine the best keywords to include on the landing page to boost SEO quality and increase traffic to the website.
Recommendations

Website Copywriting
I wrote an SEO- optimized web copy using a personal tone of voice. The aim was to make the landing page easy to navigate and understand for users, especially users who are new to real estate investment.
FAQs
I included an FAQ section to answer the most likely questions users of the product may ask. The questions used in the FAQ section were selected after thorough research and competitor analysis.
Simple CTA
I used a simple and direct CTA "Invest now" because one of the goals of this project was simplicity and user-friendliness. I found that using a CTA that directly highlights the action the user should take would give us the best result.
Results

SabreFlexx was able to:

Get 648 sign-ups in the first month

Get 1000+ sign ups in the second month

Get 750+ new users currently

Include testimonials from users of the product (this will be done on the next iteration).
